Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is growing rapidly in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. We are looking for an Affiliate Specialist who is passionate about social commerce, influencer marketing, and driving sales through affiliate partnerships. 💖

🧠 What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliates to support brand growth across TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on building strong affiliate relationships, optimizing campaign performance, and driving GMV growth through affiliate collaborations.

🚀 Your day-to-day includes:

• Scout, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and creators for brand campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Coordinate product seeding and affiliate campaign execution.
• Monitor affiliate performance and track campaign results.
• Analyze affiliate data and provide insights to improve GMV and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on social commerce trends and identify new affiliate opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with affiliates creator

💄 You're the one if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing
• Have strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Are highly organized, data-drive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Are passionate in beauty industry
• Available with WFO working arrangement from Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
