L1 Operations Engineer – 1–3 Years

• 1–3 years of experience in NOC, Service Desk, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, ITSM, and monitoring tools.
• Experienced in continuous monitoring, ticket handling, alarm validation, routine health checks, and incident escalation.
• Able to follow runbooks, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Good communication skills and willing to work in a shift-based environment.
• English proficiency is required.

L2 Operations Engineer – 4–7 Years

• 4–7 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or related roles.
• Strong experience supporting Linux, GPU Servers, Storage, Kubernetes/Slurm, or infrastructure platforms.
• Experienced in advanced troubleshooting, service restoration, platform administration, scripting, and change management.
• Familiar with ITSM, firmware/driver troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and technical escalation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• English proficiency is required.
