contract based - wfo Jakarta area - banking placement Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and tableau Connect and integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Excel, etc.) Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling using Power Query and DAX Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, data teams) to deliver insights Schedule data refreshes and manage datasets in Power BI Service Troubleshoot issues related to reports, data sources, and performance

Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Power BI or tableau Strong understanding of data modeling and DAX formulas Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation Familiarity with data warehousing concepts Basic knowledge of ETL processes Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical users
