Business Analyst

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with business users (non-IT stakeholders).
• Strong skills in business requirement gathering and analysis.
• Able to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
