AUDY Dental has been serving patients in Indonesia for more than 17 years with 60+ branch clinics in Jabodetabek, Karawang, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya. Audy Dental serves more than 30.000+ patients every month. Job Desciptions:
- Responsively and professionally handle inbound chats from potential patients across online channels.
- Provide clear, persuasive information regarding dental treatments, pricing, doctor schedules, and ongoing promotions.
- Drive chat inquiries to successfully booked clinical appointments.
- Boost conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs (Response Time, Lead Volume, Conversation Quality, and Conversion/Closing Rate).
Job Qualifications:
- Associate Degree (D3) minimum
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Online Sales, Telesales, or Live Chat Handling (experience in Healthcare/Dental is a huge plus!).
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple live chat sessions simultaneously.
- Driven by targets, metrics, and KPI achievements.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
