About the company
Jobseekers, greetings from PT ATP Corpora Internasional! We are a holding company with diverse business portfolios and are currently looking for an Accounting & Tax Supervisor.
Your tasks
- Supervise daily accounting and tax operations across multiple entities.
- Review journal entries, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.
- Oversee monthly financial closing and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Supervise tax calculations, payments, and reporting (PPh and PPN).
- Ensure compliance with PSAK/SAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
- Monitor team performance, delegate tasks, and ensure accuracy and productivity.
- Identify accounting and tax risks and recommend process improvements.
- Report accounting and tax matters to the Finance Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK/SAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Familiar with Coretax DJP and tax reporting procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple entities within a holding company is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with basic English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience in financial closing, tax compliance, and audit processes.
