PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara's Management Associate Program is a one-of-a kind fast track career program that seeks to enrich and prepare potential fresh graduates to be a part of our future management team.
Your tasks
The program consists of 3-9 months of training, both in-class as well as on-the-job training, that will teach participants about the insurance industry, and there will be various other classes and tests that are unique to Raksa's Culture.

General Requirements
- Bachelor Degree minimal GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduate from any major
- Have a good communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English & Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
