Content Research Analyst
Job Overview Responsible for conducting research and transforming information, data, and insights into practical materials to support the company’s content, seminars, webinars, CEO engagements, and other educational communication needs. This role ensures that research is accurate, relevant, timely, and supported by credible sources, and translates research findings into well-structured research briefs, talking points, supporting data, presentation outlines, and other ready-to-use materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on topics relevant to content, seminars, webinars, CEO agendas, and other business needs, including market trends, economics, business, investment, and other relevant issues.
- Gather, validate, and fact-check data, statistics, news, references, and sources used in CEO and company materials.
- Prepare concise and well-structured research briefs containing key findings, supporting data, credible sources, insights, and key takeaways.
- Develop supporting content materials, including talking points, presentation outlines, data/chart references, Q&A materials, and supporting notes for seminars, webinars, and company content.
- Handle research requests efficiently and within agreed timelines, including ad hoc requests from the CEO, while ensuring each request has a clear PIC, deadline, and status.
- Build and maintain a research database and knowledge base, including reference sources, to ensure research findings can be efficiently reused for future content and business needs.
