Sales Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or retail is a plus.
• Strong interest in sales and the beauty/cosmetics industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers, retailers, and business partners.
• Willing to learn about Key Accounts, retail chains, distribution, and the Indonesian beauty market.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently, meet targets, and perform well under pressure.
• Willing to travel for client visits, market research, and in-store activities.
• Basic understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and retail operations is a plus.
• Experience with local or international beauty/FMCG brands is a plus.
