Senior Content Creator

Job Description:

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Produce various content formats, including short-form videos, photos, graphics, captions, and copy.
• Create content concepts, scripts, and storyboards for social media campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends and develop relevant, timely, and engaging content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute content campaigns and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Manage the content production process from ideation to production, editing, and publishing.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in Content Creation or a similar role.
• At least 2/3 years of experience in a creative agency is highly preferred.
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Creative, proactive, and collaborative.
