Creative Group Head (Talent Pool)
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, or a similar discipline
- Have 3-5 years experience as creative director in beauty industry
- Preferably proven by concept/creative development such as copywriting, design, or production skills
- Great capabilities with typography, layout and prototyping
- Responsible for all strategic plans and the quality of the final creative work.
- Provide advice to clients about the overall concept of the work
