🚀 WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE / SENIOR
📍 Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta 🏢 Industry: Finance Consulting 🕐 Employment Type: Full-time with probation
🔎 What you will do :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners
- Understand clients’ business and financial needs and connect them with relevant consulting solutions
- Develop business proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Conduct market research and identify potential growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the consulting team to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Manage the business development pipeline and achieve agreed targets
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Consulting, Financial Services, or related industries
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience for the Senior level is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and a high level of ownership
- A genuine interest in finance, consulting, and business growth
💰 Salary negotiable ⏱️ 4 days WFO (Work From Office) & 1 day WFA (Work From Anywhere) ✅ Permanent Position with probation duration
