Responsibilities

Manage and administer psychometric assessments

Process and analyze psychometric data to support organizational decision-making

Contribute to the development of accurate, data-driven assessment systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure assessment quality and relevance

Stay informed on emerging technology and AI applications in psychometrics and HR

Master's degree (S2) in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in psychometrics, assessment, or analytics

Strong understanding of assessment and psychometric principles

Proven experience in data processing and analysis

Good communication and teamwork skills

Certification in psychometrics/statistics (e.g., ISO) is a plus

Strong interest in technology and AI developments within psychometrics and HR
