Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or Machine Learning applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar).
• Experience in backend development, API integration, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and LLM-based application development.
• Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps/MLOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for learning and applying emerging AI technologies to solve business problems.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical initiatives is a plus.
• Ready to join immediately.
• Willing to sign contract until April 2027 (possible to be extend)
• Willing to work full onsite from Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta
