Head of HR

Our client is a fast-growing Financial Technology company looking for a Head of HR to lead the end-to-end Human Resources function as a strategic business partner, supporting organizational growth, talent development, and a high-performance culture.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ▫️ 10+ years of HR experience, with recent experience leading the full HR function across HRBP, Talent Management, OD, Performance Management, L&D, and HR Operations. ▫️ Strong experience in high-growth startup, fintech, technology, or digital business, with the ability to build and improve HR processes, policies, SOPs, HRIS, and people analytics. ▫️ Proven track record in partnering with CEO, C-level executives, and business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, critical hiring, succession planning, and people strategy. ▫️ Strong hands-on knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, payroll, Indonesian labor law, employee relations, and HR compliance, combined with strong stakeholder management skills. 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 ▫️ HR leaders who have successfully managed both strategic and operational HR, particularly in fast-paced and rapidly scaling organizations.
