Data & Operations Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a Data & Operations Analyst to support various data and operational initiatives within the company. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with data while also being involved in day-to-day operations. In the early stages, you will focus on supporting AI-based projects, including managing large datasets and coordinating data labeling processes. Over time, this role can also expand into other operational areas.

Responsibilities Data & AI Operations

• Manage and coordinate data labeling processes
• Supervise data annotator staff and ensure accurate and consistent work results
• Monitor progress, output, and data quality
• Perform quality checks

Analysis & Reporting

• Manage and clean datasets
• Create simple reports or dashboards for performance tracking
• Assist with data and trend analysis

Operations

• Support daily operational activities
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
• Assist with simple documentation and tracking (including costs/operations)
• Assist in streamlining and improving workflows

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in data, operations, or similar fields
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (SQL is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Cikarang
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to communicate in English (at least basic)

Added Value
