Leading a Desk Collection team

Reminding customers of payment due dates Conducting collections via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other prepared media Conducting negotiations regarding payments Answering customer complaints regarding payment obstacles Achieving team performance, productivity, and KPI targets as determined Reporting and creating lists of prospective customers whose payments will be due

Requirements

Qualifications Education Min. S1/Equivalent Possessing English language skills: Listening, Speaking, Writing (Basic Conversation) Possessing Communication and Negotiation skills Target oriented and able to work under pressure Possessing High Work Motivation
