Reminding customers of payment due dates Performing Collection via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other prepared media Conducting negotiations related to payment Answering customer complaints regarding payment obstacles Achieving determined performance, productivity, and KPI targets Reporting and creating a list of customer prospects that will reach their due dates

Qualifications Education Min. SMA/SMK Possessing English language skills: Listening, Speaking, Writing (Basic Conversation) Possessing Communication and Negotiation skills Possessing the willingness to learn new things (Open to Fresh Graduate/Non-Experience) Target oriented and Able to work under pressure Possessing High Work Motivation
