- Participate in the Officer Development Program (ODP) education program for 6 months.
- Identify problems in business lines, whether from the side of management, systems, HR, leadership, marketing, sales, or operations.
- Prepare monthly education result reports containing activities, learnings, problems found, as well as recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present a Final Project as a form of final evaluation during the education program.
- Conduct monthly presentations to management.
- Participate in program evaluations and be ready to be placed in business lines according to management decisions.
- Willing to be placed in all Alfath Corporation business lines according to the company's assessment results after completing the education period.
- Prepared to become the next leader of Alfath Corporation based on evaluation results, competencies, and company needs.
