Fullstack Developer with Monitoring Experience

Design, develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications for banking operations and digital channels

Develop secure and efficient APIs and integrate systems with core banking, third-party, and internal services

Collaborate with other teams to deliver functional and user-friendly solutions

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following industry best practices and coding standards

Ensure software solutions comply with data security, regulatory, and banking governance standards

Support production systems and provide technical expertise for ongoing system improvements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, with experience in the IT field.

Have at least 3 years of experience as a Programmer or in an equivalent position in a similar industry.

Experience in application monitoring and performance monitoring using Dynatrace, Grafana, and Elastic (ELK Stack).

Understanding of application performance monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and issue identification using monitoring tools.

Proficient in one or more of the following: Java, Kotlin, Python, Golang, ASP.NET (C#), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Swift, Objective-C.

Experience in one or more of the following backend and frontend frameworks: Spring Boot, RestEasy, RESTful API, ISO8583, React, Angular, Next.js/Nuxt.js, Vue.js, Bootstrap, CSS Grid System, Flutter.

Experience with one or more of the following databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, NoSQL.

Experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Understands general banking processes or has experience in banking IT.

Willing to work onsite in Central Jakarta.
