RnD Liquid Supervisor
Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and dedicated RnD Liquid Supervisor to join our Research and Development team at PT Adiwisesa Mandiri BPI. This position is a crucial strategic role in the development and innovation of high-quality floor paint products. As a Supervisor, you will lead the research and development team in optimizing floor paint formulas, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous innovation. This position is full-time and based in Balaraja, Banten.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the RnD team in the development of floor paint formulations, ensuring consistency in product quality and performance.
- Conduct a series of research on raw materials, production processes, and the latest technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of floor paint products.
- Perform a series of comprehensive tests on product samples to ensure they meet industry standards and established technical specifications.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOP) for every stage of research and development.
- Analyze test result data and make recommendations for continuous formulation and process improvements.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of research and development, specifically in Floor Paint formulation.
- Understanding of cement reactions with resin.
- Deep understanding of floor paint chemistry, raw materials, and coating production processes.
- Expertise in laboratory testing, data analysis, and interpretation of research results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking.
- Communication skills and proficiency in English.
