Key Responsibilities
- Host regular live streaming sessions to showcase and demonstrate cosmetic products on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, and others.
- Explain product features, usage, benefits, and promotions in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, respond to their questions and comments to increase engagement and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan content, script talking points, and schedule live sessions.
- Maintain an energetic, positive, and brand-appropriate presence during all broadcasts.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement rate, sales) and contribute ideas for improvement.
- Ensure the presentation area and personal appearance are always neat and professional.
- Occasionally support product photoshoots, short video content creation, or offline events as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in live hosting, online sales, or content creation is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident and charismatic on camera.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare and cosmetics.
- Comfortable with live selling and interacting with audiences.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for live streaming schedules.
- Basic understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Previous experience as a live host or influencer in the beauty industry.
- Familiarity with beauty trends and customer preferences.
