Factory General Manager Woodworking Industry

We are looking for an experienced manufacturing leader to drive operational excellence, improve factory performance, and lead the next phase of our business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Lead overall factory operations, production planning, and delivery. Improve productivity, product quality, and cost efficiency. Strengthen management structure, SOPs, KPIs, and accountability. Develop supervisors and build a high-performing team. Drive continuous improvement and long-term operational growth.

Requirements: 10+ years of manufacturing experience. At least 5 years leading a factory or large-scale production operation. Proven track record in improving productivity, quality, and costs. Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory, and quality systems. Experience in export manufacturing is preferred. Fluent in English and Indonesian. Willing to work hands-on in Bali.
