Baked Papa is looking for a passionate Baker to join our team in BSD, Tangerang and we need you to start right away!

Job Description

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
• Produce various types of bread, pastries, and cakes, from mixing, proofing, shaping, baking to finishing.
• Ensure product quality in terms of taste, texture, and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene of the kitchen area and equipment.
• Manage ingredient stock and report requirements to the related department.
• Follow food safety standards as well as health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School/Vocational School in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Baker/Pastry.
• Proficient in basic bread, pastry, and cake-making techniques.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Able to work towards targets, both individually and in a team.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
