On-call trainer PSV Soccer school

As a trainer for the PSV Soccer School, you will be part of a group of trainers dedicated to the development of footballers, both individually and in a team context. This is done according to the vision and training methods of PSV.

This is what you will be doing:

• You prepare training sessions and conduct them for groups at home and abroad; the groups you train are Dutch-speaking
• You act as a coach for the footballers and help them to improve
• In all of this, you take the different levels within the groups into account

Not only do you help footballers develop, but you will also continue to grow yourself. You will receive guidance from PSV, and there are opportunities for career progression.

Job requirements: You embrace the vision and approach of the youth academy at PSV and thus help young talent to grow. As an enthusiastic team player, you continue to develop yourself and strive for the best result. Performance-oriented, hospitable, reliable, socially engaged, and innovative – these qualities belong to you and make you a valuable addition to the team.

Furthermore:

• You possess at least UEFA C/TC3.
• You have 2 years or more of relevant coaching experience in the field of (youth) football.
• You are available both during the week and on Sundays (daytime and evenings).
• You have a good command of the English language.
