NOC Service Operations Manager - Mining Project

At Grupo PSINet, a technology company specialized in IT/OT solutions, telecommunications, and innovation applied to critical industries, we are looking to incorporate into our team an Operations Manager – NOC Service, who will be responsible for leading and managing the service operation, ensuring the continuity, availability, and quality of telecommunications networks and services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the integral operation and management of the NOC service.
• Supervise the monitoring, management, and handling of events and incidents associated with telecommunications networks.
• Coordinate technical teams and ensure compliance with committed service levels.
• Manage critical incidents, escalation, and problem resolution.
• Analyze operation indicators and generate reporting associated with service performance.
• Maintain permanent relationship with clients and internal teams, ensuring adequate communication and requirement management.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes and operational standards of the service.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, protocols, and security and operational continuity standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional training in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networks, Informatics, or a related career.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in telecommunications operations, networks, or NOC services.
• Experience leading teams and/or network operation services.
• Experience working with clients that have LTE/4G/5G networks, ideally in high criticality environments.
• Advanced English, mandatory, both oral and written.
• Availability to work in a 5x2 shift.
• Desirable experience in mining environments or services associated with critical industries.
