Who are we looking for?

Marketing Automation Specialist

What will you do in this position?

CRM campaign planning and implementation – You will plan, create, and implement CRM campaigns aimed at achieving clearly defined goals. Your task will be to ensure the effectiveness of actions and their adaptation to the needs of the audience.

Analysis and optimization of results – You will create reports providing valuable analysis and insights into campaign effectiveness. Your role will include identifying trends, analyzing key performance indicators, and making informed decisions based on them.

Testing and improving efficiency – As part of optimization activities, you will conduct A/B tests to increase campaign conversion and improve their effectiveness. Thanks to your analysis and reasoning, we will be able to constantly improve communication with our customers.

Reporting and stakeholder collaboration – You will be responsible for monitoring key indicators and reporting the impact of campaigns on business results. Your analyses will help key stakeholders in making strategic decisions.

Coordination of international campaigns – Working with local markets, you will ensure that CRM campaigns are tailored to the specifics of each market, ensuring their effectiveness and optimization for local needs.

Collaboration with the Brand & Creative team – Working closely with the Brand & Creative team, you will ensure that campaign creatives are engaging, effective, and consistent with the brand identity. Your ideas will help create communication that attracts customers' attention and strengthens relationships with them.

Innovation and development – You will have the opportunity to create innovative ideas supporting ambitious growth goals, seeking new ways to engage customers and develop CRM strategies.

What must you know?

You can speak English. You will work in a global CRM team, where we use English on a daily basis.

You will be ready to act from day one. We are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience in a demanding role related to email marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation.

Knowledge of e-mailing platforms such as Iterable, ExpertSender, Exponea, Klaviyo, User.com, Synerise, SalesManago. We use Iterable. Additionally, skills related to HTML coding and technological integrations will be an added advantage.

You have a true passion for marketing. We want to create a brand that is unrivaled in the pet products category and we have truly ambitious growth goals. We need someone who loves their work and finds joy in challenges.

You think critically. We are constantly improving the CRM function, so we need someone who is not afraid to question existing methods, propose new solutions, and bring fresh ideas.

You are characterized by exceptional accuracy. In CRM marketing, the devil is in the details. We are looking for a meticulous person who cares about every detail – from flawless coding to link correctness.

You love solving problems. In every role, obstacles arise that require creative solutions. We are looking for someone who is motivated by these challenges rather than discouraged by them.

You want to become an expert on our customers. Our brand is growing dynamically, but we still have many assumptions about our customers. We want someone who is eager to test them (and perhaps even debunk them) and deepen their knowledge of their motivations and behaviors.

You are results-oriented. You want to take responsibility for key actions, embrace both successes and challenges, and consistently strive toward goals.

You love dogs. That's obvious.

Work in a hybrid model, as it is important to us that everyone can adapt their work to individual needs. However, we like to work together and discuss ideas during joint in-person meetings, so 100% remote work is not the solution. We want to meet in the office (located in Warsaw's Praga district) at least 2 times a week.
