Your Tasks

  • Technical leadership and coordination of the secretariat
  • Creation and management of offers and orders in cooperation with the project managers
  • Maintenance of customer and project data in the internal system
  • Participation in internal events and meeting organization

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience
  • Communicative personality with enjoyment of customer contact
  • Flexibility and commitment during peak times
  • Good language skills in French and English
