Your tasks:

• You receive and process customer inquiries
• You create tailor-made offers for customers
• The recording and tracking of sample orders is your responsibility
• You act as the interface between internal and external contact persons
• Maintaining the databases is a matter of course for you

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training as a Bürokaufmann/frau or as a Fremdsprachenkaufmann/frau or a comparable qualification
• You can demonstrate very good English skills and good French skills
• Good user knowledge of common MS-Office programs and SAP round off your profile
• People describe you as a service-oriented and friendly person with a confident and structured way of working
