Your tasks

• Processing and organization of export and import transport orders for sample deliveries and products
• Control and coordination of freight forwarders and delivery dates
• Preparation and creation of transport documents (incl. dangerous goods documents), as well as customer-specific documents
• Independent calculation of freight
• Telephone and written correspondence with external and internal customers
• General administrative work, as well as master data maintenance in SAP

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training in the field of freight forwarding and trade, or a comparable qualification
• Experience with a warehouse management system (ideally SAP)
• Sound knowledge in the field of import and export
• Holder of a valid reliability check according to Luftfrachtbundesamt (optional, but an application is necessary upon hiring)
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Other foreign languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications is required
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Always a friendly and communicative demeanor
