Dispatcher (m/f/d) Rail Transport

Enjoy going to the office in the morning For an industrial company in Siegburg, we are looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) in full-time.

Contract type: Temporary employment with a very good option for permanent takeover.

The position is right for you if you have gained experience as a Speditionskaufmann/frau, Dispatcher, or in logistics.

Your tasks

• Timely order processing including the creation of all relevant train accompanying documents

• Control and planning of the trains

• Adjustment of train data in case of changes and deviations
• Processing malfunctions and damage reports and, if necessary, conducting proactive communication
• Coordination of schedules with sales

• Creation of transport-relevant evaluations and reports
• General administrative activities

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Kaufmann /-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen

• Experience in train dispatching/handling is desirable
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of common MS Office products
• Very good teamwork and communication skills
• Resilience and flexibility
