Production Supervisor

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, manage production workers, and ensure efficient production, quality control, and timely completion of projects.

• Supervise daily factory operations, including cutting, fabrication, polishing, and production activities.
• Plan production schedules and arrange manpower to meet project deadlines.

• Monitor production progress, productivity, and work man ship quality.
• Coordinate with Project and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Supervise, guide, and train production workers.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained.

• Enforce workplace safety standards and factory procedures.
• Resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.

• Provide daily production updates to Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related production.
• Experience in solid surface, fabrication, or interior fit-out industries will be an advantage.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, manpower planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Mandarin communication skills are required for coordination with Chinese-speaking workers and suppliers.
