Your tasks

Weare seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to independently manage the full spectrum of company accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support daily accounting and administrative operations.

ACCOUNTING& FINANCIAL REPORTING

  • Handle full set of accounts independently, including AP, AR,GL and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage month-end, quarterly and year-end closing, including journal entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and fixed asset reconciliations.

TAX,BANKING & COMPLIANCE

  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and assist with tax and statutory filings.
  • Liaise with bank officers on banking facilities, loans and other financial matters.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations.

BUSINESS& ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Monitor customer collections, outstanding receivables and supplier payments.
  • Analyse business operations, expenses and costs; provide financial insights to management.
  • Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems, procedures and internal controls.
  • Coordinate daily accounting and operational matters with Chinese-speaking colleagues and business counterparts.
  • Support general office administration and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

JOBREQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience; no supervisory experience required.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Must have hands-on experience handling full set of accounts independently.
  • Fluent spoken and written Mandarin is essential for direct work coordination with Chinese-speaking colleagues and business counterparts.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore GST, accounting practices and financial closing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
  • Applicants who do not require employer-sponsored work passes are preferred.
