== Responsibilities ==

1. Responsible for recruitment and selection of personnel to meet client requirements.

1. Attend meetings to gather job details (Job Brief) and provide advice on the labor market and salary.

1. Search, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates to clients.

Coordinate interview scheduling, follow up, and negotiate employment offers until the candidate starts working.

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, while managing existing client bases and expanding business opportunities.

1. Manage candidates and assigned tasks, ensuring operations achieve KPIs and company goals.

Qualifications: Male-Female, age not exceeding 35 years, Bachelor's degree in any field. 3-5 years of experience or more in Internal Recruitment / Executive Search / Recruitment Agency / Sales. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate in English at a working level. Possess skills in sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and managing End-to-End recruitment processes. Possess communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Able to manage recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously and work under pressure.
