Production Engineer- Fair Eng @Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan (Mon-Fri)

PRTR Recruitment is hiring Position: Production Engineer (Must be able to use SAP)

Join a company specializing in the manufacturing of wires and cables. Work Location: Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan (Shuttle bus service available: King Kaew / Thepharak routes)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the team of Line Supervisors within the production department.
• Monitor and control production to meet targets, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on schedule.
• Resolve daily issues, such as raw material shortages, machine breakdowns, and manpower allocation.
• Oversee multiple production lines simultaneously to ensure smooth operations.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production processes.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production follows the plan and meets delivery deadlines.
• Prepare production reports and propose continuous improvement and development guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning or as a Lean Engineer in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Agile in working, able to respond to problems quickly, a fast learner, and has a good memory.
• Proficient in using SAP / Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate in English at a fair to good level.
