Visa Document Verification Officer (Italian Speaker)

• Verify the accuracy of documents and supporting information for visa applications
• Provide advice and facilitate customers regarding visa application procedures
• Receive applications and verify documents before processing
• Coordinate with embassies and relevant agencies
• Provide services and answer customer inquiries via counter, telephone, and email using Italian
• Record information and track visa application status in the system
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents according to company standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Can communicate well in Italian Can communicate in English Bachelor's degree in any field Good communication and service skills New graduates are welcome
