-Serve as the main HR business partner to clients in the Eastern region, providing strategic HR consultation and operational support. -Manage and resolve complex Employee Relations (ER) cases including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations in compliance with Thai labor laws. -Advise management and line managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practices. -Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, performance management, and workforce planning. -Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, outsourcing) to deliver seamless HR service to clients. -Conduct training or coaching sessions for client managers on people management and ER handling. -Design, review, and implement Salary Structures, Job Grading, and Compensation Frameworks to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. -Build strong client relationships and ensure service excellence through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or client-facing HR role. Proven expertise in Employee Relations (ER), Thai labor law, and conflict resolution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with clients. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge of Salary Structure Design, Job Evaluation, and Compensation & Benefits Frameworks.
