General Controller

Job Mission

Collaborate with the Administration and Finance Management in the preparation of management reports, the monitoring of the product cost structure, and the company's budgeting and budget control process, ensuring reliable and timely accounting and financial information for decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaboration in the calculation and updating of customer credit limits.
• Support in the preparation and updating of the unit costing of products (SKU) and their fixed and variable components.
• Participation in the preparation of the annual budget and in the monthly budget control (actual vs. budget).
• Accounting and bank reconciliations.
• Support in the monthly accounting close and in the preparation of information for audits.
• Preparation of management reports and indicators for the Board of Directors.
• Other accounting and administrative tasks related to the position.

Advanced student (final years) of the Public Accountant degree. Bachelor in Business Administration or Public Accountant (graduate).

Age

Under 30 years old (semi-senior profile).

Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in accounting areas (accounting, administrative, or management control).

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in Office tools, with an advanced level of Excel.
• General accounting knowledge (registrations, reconciliations, closes).
• Desirable: management of management systems (ERP).
• Desirable: notions of costs and budgeting.
