About the Role We are looking for a Web Developer Intern to support website maintenance, development, and improvement, primarily using WordPress, while utilizing AI tools to improve development efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update WordPress websites, including plugins, themes, and content.
- Conduct website audits and troubleshoot basic bugs, forms, navigation, and functionality.
- Create and update website pages with responsive design for desktop and mobile.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and AI coding assistants to support development and troubleshooting.
- Explore and implement new AI-based workflows and automation.
- Continuously improve website usability, performance, and appearance.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor or Gutenberg.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or PHP.
- Familiar with responsive web design and basic website troubleshooting.
- Comfortable using AI tools for coding and problem-solving.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
- Portfolio of WordPress/web development projects is required.
