Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Systems Support Engineer (circa £35,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits) to join one of Europe's fastest growing firms based in Northampton.

Working closely with the Head of Technology, IT Operations Manager & the tech team for a 200 person business you will support their Zoho CRM, development projects & systems support to grow the business further.

The position is office based in Northampton.

Responsibilities include:

Provide front-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Azure VPN.
Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.
Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
Liaise with the broader technical team to resolve escalations and implement system improvements.

The successful candidate will want to learn & grow within their career and have an ambition to take on more technical, coding & development projects in the future.
