Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Your tasks
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee on-site warehouse operations, inventory control, administrative processes, and personnel management.
This position serves as a key link between the customer, the warehouse team, and internal departments, ensuring operational continuity, accurate inventory, and compliance with established procedures and service levels.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and inventory replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movements, and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead and coordinate the on-site team, ensuring productivity, punctuality, and compliance with procedures.
- Manage work order requests and administrative documentation, including records required for invoicing.
- Coordinate with the customer and internal teams to maintain service levels and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience supervising personnel and coordinating daily operations.
- Strong skills in inventory management, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
