Position Description At Prowork, we are looking for a Warehouse and Inventory Manager to lead warehouse operations, guarantee inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with operational processes in a company within the industrial and aerospace sector.
Your tasks
Main Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage, and shipments.
Guarantee inventory accuracy and control.
Coordinate and supervise the personnel in charge.
Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.
Follow up on performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity levels.
Manage inventory movements and records through ERP systems.
Identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other areas to ensure continuity of operations.
Requirements
We are looking for a person with experience in team leadership, inventory control, and logistics operations management, with a focus on efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouses, inventory, or logistics.
Proven experience in supervision and team leadership.
Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and ERP systems.
Proficiency in Excel.
Fluent English, indispensable.
