At Prowork, we are looking for a Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to join a major multinational company in the aerospace sector, where precision, operational efficiency, and inventory control are fundamental to the success of the operation.

Your tasks

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? To lead the warehouse operation, guarantee inventory accuracy, and coordinate the work team to ensure the efficient flow of materials, compliance with procedures, and operational continuity.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Control entries, exits, transfers, and inventory movements.
• Guarantee the accuracy of physical and system records.
• Coordinate, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and operational compliance.
• Manage information through ERP systems and Excel.
• Identify improvement opportunities in storage processes, material control, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain effective communication with the involved areas.

Requirements

This is an opportunity for professionals with experience in logistics, warehouse administration, and team leadership who are looking to take on new challenges in a high-level industrial environment.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouses, inventories, logistics, or materials management.
• Verifiable experience in personnel supervision and team coordination.
• Knowledge in inventory control, entries and exits, receiving, and dispatch of materials.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Fluent English, indispensable for communication in a multinational environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Guaymas, Sonora.
