Hourly receptionist sought for Göteborg!

We are currently seeking mobile receptionists for our staffing pool in Göteborg. The position as a receptionist is a fun job that provides you with qualifying experiences, valuable knowledge, and new contacts.

You will be employed by Prowork and become our valuable consultant at our customers in Göteborg and the surrounding area. This is an hourly position, and the working hours are scheduled between 07:30-17:30, Mon-Fri.

Your tasks consist of:

Receiving visitors

Handling access cards

Ordering couriers

Handling mail and deliveries

Administrative tasks

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who have another primary occupation, such as studies or part-time work. Furthermore, we expect that you have a completed high school education and experience in service, preferably reception. You speak and write English fluently, as many of our customers are international. You also have a good morning mood and are flexible, as tasks vary between our customers. As a person, you are proactive and have an extraordinary sense of service. We also prefer that you are easygoing and cooperative, as you are always the face of us and our customers. For us, a long-term collaboration is a matter of course!

The position is an hourly employment and we apply a probationary period.
