About the company

We are on the hunt for a Trainee Warehouse Operative who can start a full-time, permanent role within a growing business in the Enderby area of Leicester.

This is a warehouse-based role working within a busy, hands-on team, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Your tasks

Your typical responsibilities will include picking and packing orders accurately, loading and unloading deliveries, goods-in and goods-out checks, general warehouse housekeeping, and supporting the wider team wherever needed. This role deals with highly regulated goods so it requires someone with an eye for detail.

Requirements

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is naturally hard-working, reliable, and a good team player, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to get stuck in.

But what experience do you need?

• Previous Warehouse experience is not essential, we are looking for accuracy & an eye for detail over experience.
• Full computer literacy
• A keen eye for detail, someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job
• YOU MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE AND ABLE TO GET TO ENDERBY DAILY

• £14.50 – £15.50 per hour (depending on relevant experience)
