Alliance/ Partnership Operations Analyst
About Provectus and the Role About Provectus
Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete. We’re remote-first, with a culture built on curiosity, ownership, and learning.
About the role
Our Alliances Org is where our most important relationships in AI — AWS and Anthropic today, with more partners on the way — turn into pipeline, funding, and revenue. Someone has to make that engine run cleanly. That’s this role.
As our Alliance Operations Analyst, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of the Alliances Org: the partner portals where opportunities and funding live, the reporting that proves our impact, and the processes that keep sales, marketing, and alliances in sync. You’ll be the person who knows exactly where every opportunity, fund request, listing, and metric stands — and who makes sure nothing slips.
What you’ll own: Partner operations & portals
Own and maintain our presence in AWS Partner Central, and in Anthropic’s Euler portal — Opportunities, Fund Requests, Marketplace listings, and solution listings — keeping everything accurate, current, and submitted on time
Extend the same operating discipline to additional partners and programs as the Alliances portfolio expands
Keep partner records, deal registrations, listings, and funding statuses clean and audit-ready across systems
Performance reporting & insights
Collect, organize, and report the metrics that show what Alliances delivers: AWS-influenced revenue, opportunities created, funding secured, and other measures of the org’s impact
Turn messy inputs from multiple teams into clear, trustworthy dashboards and partner-ready reports
Track trends and flag what’s working (and what’s stalling) so leadership can act on it
Process & project coordination
Document and streamline internal workflows and handoffs across sales, marketing, and alliances
Track action items, SLAs, and deadlines across partner initiatives; chase down what’s needed and close the loop
Help operationalize new plays (co-marketing pilots, AWS- and Anthropic-funded initiatives) from idea to execution, and flag early when something goes off track
Communication & enablement
Draft internal briefs, recaps, and updates; run meeting follow-ups so decisions don’t evaporate
Translate internal intelligence into partner-ready formats
Be the connective tissue between sales, marketing, and alliances.
What we’re looking for: Hands-on ownership of a partner, vendor, or client-facing portal or system of record — you’ve been the person responsible for keeping submissions accurate, complete, and on time, and for chasing the inputs you needed from other teams to do it.
Strong organization and relentless follow-through — you don’t let things fall through the cracks
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (you’ll work directly with AWS and Anthropic partner teams)
A self-starter attitude — proactive, and not afraid to reach out
Comfort with data and reporting — you like turning numbers into a clear story, and you learn new tools fast
Personal AI adoption — you actually use AI tools (Claude preferable), not just aware of them
Enjoys structure, documentation, and finding clarity in complexity
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and other collaboration tools.
Nice to have (real pluses, not dealbreakers):
AWS Partner Central / ACE experience — a strong advantage
Experience with the Anthropic Euler portal
Experience with CRMs, project tracking tools, or systems like Salesforce / HubSpot
Familiarity with MDF / partner funding processes, or AWS Marketplace and solution listings
Dashboard and reporting experience (Sheets, Looker, Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI) — also a huge plus
A general interest in tech, cloud, or marketing and partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Wants to grow into partnerships and alliances, and sees owning the operating layer as the way in
Has a real interest in how companies are adopting AI — and uses it in their own work
Can work independently but communicates often
Likes making sure things are “in order” — and gets satisfaction from keeping things moving and closing loops
Would rather automate a recurring report than run it manually a twelfth time
Has strong attention to detail and persistence.
What we offer: Remote-friendly culture
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership
B2B contract model
PTO policy, paid local public holidays
Medical insurance coverage
Budget for educational opportunities and Anthropic certifications
