Junior M&A Analyst – Internship - M/F

As part of our external growth strategy and the development of our network, you will support the M&A Director in the entire implementation of the Group's corporate development strategy (acquisitions, divestments, restructurings, etc.). Your main missions will be the following: Origination Identify external growth targets in France, complete the database with key information, contact sellers Review the Information Memorandums received and synthesize the main information Execution Perform strategic, operational, and financial analyses of the studied targets Create teasers for salon takeover projects under franchise, in connection with the Development team Build business plans, work on target valuation, identify and calculate synergies Perform global monitoring of the dealflow on ongoing operations Coordinate acquisition processes in relation with financial, legal, and technical advisors and write due diligence summaries Write and implement investment supports (such as Investment notes) for the General Management and the Investment Committee. The + of this internship: Discover the retail/consumer business sector, the beauty market, and the world of franchising Have the opportunity to deepen and put into practice your knowledge in finance and strategy in a very operational manner Be an integral part of the Deal Team and contribute directly to the progress of projects Benefit from strong exposure to the Group's top management (President, CEO of BU/subsidiaries of the Group) and external advisors
You are currently in a top-tier Business School or University (Bac + 4/5). You have a first experience in M&A/Corporate Development, Private equity, Transaction Services, or Audit. You have a real appetite for our sector of activity and are business-oriented. You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical skills, and your ability to synthesize. You are capable of managing several files simultaneously and working autonomously. Finally, you are dynamic and proactive. You have an excellent command of Excel / Powerpoint and speak English fluently.
