Sales & Marketing Officer (Construction/ Truck)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales and marketing activities related to construction machinery, heavy equipment, and construction equipment products.
• Present products, coordinate with customers, and support sales operations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while expanding the new customer base.
• Analyze the market and competitors, and prepare sales reports.
• Support marketing activities, events, and sales promotion campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Age 27-35 years old. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (experience in the construction business will be specially considered). Experience in Leasing / Hire Purchase for machinery or construction machinery Knowledge of construction machinery (Construction Machinery / Heavy Equipment) Ability to communicate in English at a Business Level*** Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM. Ability to travel to meet customers or work upcountry as necessary. Responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
