Business Analyst

1. Study and analyze customer requirements to create appropriate IT system development plans. Able to create IT system documentation such as Use Case, Business Process Model, Class Diagram, and others.
2. Collect and analyze data related to IT systems and business to be used in analyzing and designing appropriate IT systems.
3. Coordinate with the IT system development team to ensure mutual understanding regarding IT system requirements and specifications.
4. Test IT systems to verify accuracy and completeness, including evaluating usage results and suggesting solutions for problems that arise.
5. Provide advice and guidance on how to use IT systems to customers, including support in IT system maintenance and troubleshooting.
6. Write documentation and reports related to IT system analysis and design to serve as documentation for stakeholders to assist in IT system development.
7. Develop new knowledge and skills regarding technology and IT system development to provide better services to customers in the future.
8. Responsible for other assigned tasks.
9. Comply with the information security policies defined by the company.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields or equivalent. At least 4 years of experience in IT or business system analysis. Skills in problem analysis and finding solutions using IT technology. Skills in writing documentation and reports related to system analysis and design. Knowledge and understanding of business processes and IT technology related to business operations. Communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Data analysis and interpretation skills to assist in business decision-making. English language proficiency at a level capable of reading and writing documentation. Responsibility for one's own work and the ability to complete tasks according to goals and deadlines. Experience with financial systems will be given special consideration.
