Technical Support Assistant

PROTIVITI Internal Consulting and Auditing firm is looking for Consultants for the IT area.

Education: Preferably Computer Engineer, IT Engineer; professionals in similar positions will be evaluated. Bilingual (indispensable and verifiable)

Knowledge and skills in:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, excellent English management, database management, technical support, web development, and user support.
• Ability to learn, incident resolution, and teamwork.

Salary to be discussed according to experience and skills.
